This is an ongoing contract with local Social Landlords and involves many different types of refurbishments through from say, simple pathway repairs, to replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, alongwith full electrical upgrades, windows, doors and associated structural works. The dedicated team of tradesmen also diversify into other areas like domestic insurance works.
