Gosforth School Nursery Project Information

This project involves the construction of a new Nursery facility adjacent to the existing old wooden buidings, which will eventually be demolished. Work commenced early September 2010 and it is anticipated all works will be completed by March 2011.

Progress

Early November 2010 - 11 November 2010

Adverse weather conditions continue to hinder progress but after all, this is very late autumn in the wettest county in England! Brickwork and blockwork continues to rise from the concrete floor slab.

Update - 28 October 2010

Currently approaching 25% into the contract with some slippage from the original programme due to inclement weather and additional works being requested by our Client. Concrete floor slabs about 70% complete and inner leaf blockwork now being laid.
